Economic and negotiation Analyst in the Ministry of Finances 04/2007...

Members of the negotiation team group of Market Access of D.R. As a member of the team, I have to evaluate social economic and fiscal impact of different situation in the negotiation and implementation process with DR-CAFTA European Union, Canada, Taiwan and Mexico.

Economic adviser. Main Directorate of Customs in D.R. (MDC). 08-2004/10-2007

I was in charge of the department of statistics of the MDC; I was a member of a commission for the reform and modernization of the MDC. In addition, I advise in economic subjects and trade negotiations related to the MDC. My greater profits were to redefine the mission, vision and objective of the MDC, to participate in several evaluations of fiscal impact, quantitative estimation for the project of custom autonomy, custom evaluations in the fiscal reform, lineaments for the concretization of the reform and modernization project. Conferencist in Panama about the control of the MDC of substances that affect the ozone layer.

Economic advisor. Dominican Republic Diplomatic Mission in Switzerland. 06-2002/06-2004.
I was in charged to follow up the subjects of negotiation of Trade and Development (small economies and S&DT), Trade & Investments, Trade & Environment, Technical Barriers to Trade, Transference & Technology, Debt, Trade and Finance, Trade, Finances and Budget in WTO and the UNCTAD. My greater profits are to increase the technical cooperation in creation of capacities and studies related to my responsibilities in WTO and the UNCTAD, to work in proposals on small economies, debt commerce and finances jointly with other countries developing of the WTO for the benefit of the Dominican Republic.
I have participated as a coordinator of different research studies in the issues, sponsored for UNCTAD. Also I have participated in many conferences and meeting related with developments issues including the Millennium Development Goals.

Administrative Junior Consultant METALDOM, Dominican Republic. 08-2000/06-2002.
To give pursuit and to advise about economical, laws, administrative and electrical processes that are related to METALDOM activities. My greater obtained profits were the saving of money and time for the company in the involved activities.

Economic consultant. National Planning Office in D.R. 04-1997/05-1999.

It was member of the international division of the economy department that followed the processes of international negotiation of the country. Thus I participated in investigations and economic policies in that area, many of them published in national newspapers and institutional magazines. Some of my greater profits were to participate in the tariff reform structure.
I was member of the group that prepared the National Budget for 1998; Collaborator "Project of Nation", base document for National Dialogue; Technical protocol of the Meeting of Heads Government of the Caribbean States Association. Also, I prepared quarterly a report on the external sector of the Dominican Republic.

Economist I Central Bank of the Dominican Republic. 08-1995/04-1997.

I was a member of the divisions of conjuncture analysis and research. My main profits were to improve the results of the survey of enterprise opinion through an analysis of consistency of the questionnaire, I collaborated in a regression model for integrating the national accounts to the monetary programming, member of the group that design a data base of 50 years of economic and social indicators, studies of competitiveness in different sectors from the country (tourism, free zones and "propose" industrialist (including drink industry).

Economic consultant ALEPH, CIECA and Others Companies in Panama 03-1991/05-1999

In ALEPH (Expert Latin American Association in Planning H), I worked by three months like strategic planning consultant, evaluating the programs of three NGO that had preventive programs of AIDS; this study was sponsored by USAID. Also, I participate in the design of institutional analysis using SWOT methodology. I worked by four years in CIECA (Economic Research Centre for the Caribbean) designing micro projects to improve the quality of the education at the moment being implemented (scholar breakfast, radio station of the Secretary of Education and others), I participated in different economics studies about Dom. Rep. I worked in others companies of the private sector in Dominican Republic and Panama like economic and financial consultant in productivity, industrial processes, competitiveness and finances. Coordinator of two congress of Caribbean Economist Association.

I have been Professor in Economics and Businesses at degree and masters level in three mentioned universities in Dominican Republic, (Including a master in Education in UTESA, Professor of the subject innovation and quality in the education, evolution of education system in Caribbean Countries.
